„Die Deutsche Bahn beabsichtigt den Neubau eines eingeschossigen Parkdecks (56 Stellplätze auf dem Parkdeck, 53 Stellplätze unter dem Parkdeck), einer Auffahrtrampe, zweier Treppentürme sowie den Bau eines unterirdischen Verbindungstunnels zwischen dem Parkdeck und dem Zugang zu einem bestehenden Wohngebäude. Zusätzlich sind Bohrpfahlgründungen (Durchmesser 75 cm) zwischen dem Parkhaus und der Bahnböschung auszuführen. Diese Bohrpfahlgründungen sind ein Bestandteil der Bauleistung.“
