      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Stadtwerke Weinstadt beabsichtigen einen Ersatzneubau eines Funktionshallenbades am Rand des Bildungszentrums in Weinstadt zu errichten.

         Die Wärmeversorgung für den Neubau erfolgt über einen Fernwärmeanschluss und ein BHKW, welches für den steuerlichen Querverbund mindestens 25 % des Gesamtwärmebedarfs decken muss. Damit das BHKW auf ausreichend Betriebsstunden ohne Taktung kommt, werden im BHKW-Raum (EG) zwei Pufferspeicher mit je 9 m³ stehen, in die nur das BHKW einspeist. Die Fernwärmeübergabestation wird in den Hauptrücklauf eingebunden und wird nach Bedarf zugeschaltet.

         Leistungen

         Anschlussleistung Übergabestation: 450 kW

         Thermische Leistung BHKW im Brennwertbereich: 93 kW

         Elektrische Leistung netto BHKW: 50 kW

         Rohrleitungen, Armaturen und Dämmung

         Als Rohrmaterial wird geschweißtes Stahlrohr, Edelstahl oder Kupferrohr vorgesehen. C-Stahlrohr ist in Schwimmbädern nicht geeignet. Die Wärmedämmung erfolgt mit alukaschierter Mineralwolle gemäß der Vorgaben GEG. In sichtbaren Bereichen erfolgt eine Ummantelung der Dämmung mittels Blechmantel.

         Wärmeverteilung

         Die Verteilung des Heizungswassers erfolgt unter Decke UG, EG, OG und über Steigeschächte und in Abhangdecken. Alle Wärmeverbraucher werden über einen zentralen Heizungsverteiler, im BHKW-Raum angeordnet, erfolgt die Verteilung zu den einzelnen Bereichen mit einer Systemtemperatur von 55°C / 40°C. Der Niedertemperaturkreis wird mittels Wärmetauscher von dem restlichen Heizungssystem getrennt. Die Systemtemperaturen hier sind 45°C / 35°C.

         Raumwärme

         Der Mehrzweckraum, das Büro, sowie der Windfang erhalten statische Heizflächen. Es werden dort Flachheizkörper mit Behörden-Thermostatköpfen eingesetzt. Die Beheizung der Räume Schwimmhallen, Umkleiden und Foyer erfolgen über die Lüftungsanlagen, wobei die Bereiche der Duschen und der Nichtschwimmerbereiche mittels Nacherhitzer auf die gewünschte Temperatur nacherwärmt wird.

         Wärmebänke

         Die Sitzbänke um das Sportbecken, das Lehrschwimmbecken, sowie eine Sitzbank am Kinderplanschbecken werden als Wärmebänke ausgestattet. Diese werden direkt mittels Fußbodenheizungsschlangen in den Sitzflächen beheizt.

         Umwälzpumpen

         Umwälzpumpen werden als Hocheffizienzpumpe ausgeführt und elektronisch nach konstantem oder variablem Differenzdruck geregelt.

         Wärmedämmung

         Für alle Rohrleitungen und Armaturen wird Dämmung nach GEG vorgesehen.
