         Angaben und Formalitäten, die erforderlich sind, um die Einhaltung der Auflagen zu überprüfen: Die Eignung ist für jedenf Bieter sowie jedes Mitglied einer Bietergemeinschaft gesondert schriftlich nachzuweisen.

         Eigenerklärung (siehe Formular „Eigenerklärung“), dass:

         - nachweislich keine zwingenden Ausschlussgründe gemäß § 123 GWB vorliegen,

         - nachweislich keine fakultativen Ausschlussgründe nach § 124 GWB vorliegen,

         - der Bieter seine Verpflichtungen zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung ordnungsgemäß erfüllt,

         - eine Eintragung im Berufs- oder Handelsregister (soweit hierzu eine Eintragungspflicht besteht) vorliegt,

         Angaben und Formalitäten, die erforderlich sind, um die Einhaltung der Auflagen zu überprüfen:

         - Eine Eigenerklärung (Vordruck) zur finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit (Umsatz), in der der Gesamtumsatz des Bieters in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren (2022, 2021, 2020) anzugeben ist, sowie jene Umsätze der letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre (2022, 2021, 2020), die mit Leistungen erzielt worden sind, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind. Bei einer Bietergemeinschaft sind die vorgenannten Umsatzangaben für alle Mitglieder der Bietergemeinschaft zu erbringen.

         - Eine Haftpflichtversicherung mit einer Deckungssumme für Personenschäden 3.000.000 Euro pro Person und Sachschaden 500.000 Euro pro Person

         Angaben und Formalitäten, die erforderlich sind, um die Einhaltung der Auflagen zu überprüfen:

         - Eine Eigenerklärung (Vordruck) über bereits erbrachte, mit der hier ausögeschriebenen Leistung vergleichbare Aufträge (Refernezen) aus dem Zeitraum der letzten drei Geschäftsjahre. Zu jeder benannten Referenz sind der Name und die Anschrift des Auftraggebers, die Ansprechperson des Auftraggebers mit Telefonnummer, der Leistungszeitraum, sowie die Laufzeitvorgabe anzugeben. Die erbrachte Leistung ist so zu beschreiben, dass ersichtlich ist, ob diese mit der ausgeschriebenen Leistung vergleichbar ist. Darüber hinaus hat der Bieter anzugeben, ob er die Leistung als Hauptauftragnehmer, als Mitglied einer Arbeitsgemeinschaft oder als Nachauftragnehmer erbracht hat. Schließlich hat der Bieter die im eigenen Betrieb erbrachten Leistungen mit Angabe des Umfangs zu bezeichnen.
