         Das Untersuchungsgebiet liegt in Neuenburg am Rhein, Gemarkung Neuenburg, Schulgasse 1 / Zipperplatz Flurstücke 4011 (ca.1300m²) im Bereich eines Kulturdenkmals gemäß § 2 DSchG "mittelalterliche Stadt Neuenburg am Rhein".

         Die archäologische Maßnahme ist von einem Wissenschaftler oder einer Wissenschaftlerin (min. Master oder Magister) zu leiten, der/die Erfahrung in der Durchführung von stadtkernarchäologischen Untersuchungen in Süddeutschland nachweisen kann.

         Nach Auftragserteilung ist vom Auftragnehmer (AN) eine Grabungserlaubnis nach §21 DSchG BW beim Landesamt für Denkmalpflege (LAD) zu beantragen. Bestandteil des Antrags ist das Grabungskonzept der Grabungsfirma (AN) mit Nennung der Grabungsleitung.
