Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der derzeitige Planer WSP erstellt die Planung der Gewerke LST, 50Hz sowie den Verkehrsanlagenteil. Die Inhalte der Planung des Verkehrsanlagenteil bauen aufeinander auf, sodass der Aufwand einer seperaten Vergabe unverhältniss groß wäre, zudem würde das Projekt in weiteren zeitlichen Verzug geraten. Daher soll die Objektplanung und der Standsicherheitsnachweis der Stützmauer für das LST BSH aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen und unter Sicherstellung der Terminschiene durch den selben Auftragnehmer durchgeführt werden.
