         Das ca. 4,2 Hektar große Bearbeitungsgebiet besteht aus den öffentlichen Grünanlagen der

         Ronnebypromenade mit der Schiffsanlegestelle am Wannsee mit anschließender Verbindung

         zum kleinen Wannsee.

         Die Freiflächen der Ronnebypromenade mit Dampferanlegestelle entstanden in ihrer heutigen

         Form Anfang der 1980er Jahre nach Plänen des Berliner Landschaftsarchitekten Walter

         Rossow. Um 1985 wurde der zentrale Platz neu befestigt und um drei Kleinarchitekturen

         (Kasse, WC, Kiosk) ergänzt. Die drei Gebäude werden nicht verändert. Das Ufer ist im Bereich

         der Anleger durch eine Spundwand mit Geländer gefasst. Diese Spundwand mit Geländer und

         die Stege sind nicht Teil des Bearbeitungsgebietes und bleiben erhalten.

         Die bauzeitlichen Materialien und Gestaltungselemente der Ronnebypromenade sind heute

         noch weitestgehend erhalten, wie die Wegebeläge und Treppenanlagen, die zentralen

         Rasenflächen und der Sandspielbereich mit den Betoneinfassungen. Der aktuelle Zustand der

         Ronnebypromenade ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und weist erhebliche Nutzungsdefizite auf. Eine

         technische Aufwertung, eine zeitgemäße und barrierefreie Gestaltung ist daher dringend

         notwendig.

         Die Rossowsche Grundstruktur des Parkes, die dem Verlauf der Topografie der Haveldüne

         folgt, wird im Entwurf aufgegriffen und sensibel modifiziert. Die fließenden Wege und

         begleitenden Mauern müssen für die Herstellung von Barrierefreiheit in Lage und Höhe

         überarbeitet werden. Daraus resultieren größere Bodenbewegungen. Wo möglich bleiben die

         begleitenden Bestandsmauern an ihrem Standort erhalten, werden umgesetzt oder ergänzt.

         Eine neue Treppenanlage mit Sitzstufen verbindet den Höhenunterschied vom

         Kronprinzessinnenweg zum Hafenplatz am Wannsee. Der Spielplatzbereich wird weiter nördlich

         in der bestehenden Rasenfläche neu errichtet.

         Wegeflächen werden vorwiegend asphaltiert, die Platzflächen mit Betonstein und Mosaikstein

         gepflastert. Neue Sitzelemente stehen vorwiegend am Wannsee.

         Entlang der neuen Wegeführungen sind flächig Strauch- und Staudenpflanzungen zu erstellen.
