Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Tragwerksplanung für die Errichtung einer 5-zügigen Realschule und eines 6-zügigen Gymnasiums mit
Tiefgarage, 2 Dreifachsporthallen, einem Schulschwimmbad und die Räume der Münchner Volkshochschule sowie die Betriebsgebäude eines
Sportparks. Die Gebäude haben
einen Rauminhalt von ca. 215 000 m3 und eine Bruttogeschossfläche von ca. 48 000 m2, wovon ein Teil der VersammlungsstättenVO unterleigt.
Der vorgesehene Bauplatz liegt im Osten der Landeshauptstadt München.
Technische Leistungsbeschreibung Tragwerksplanung:
Bei dem hier gegenständlichen Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine Schulbaumaßnahme der Landeshauptstadt München. Der Schulcampus
Bildungscampus umfasst 4 Bauteile:
— Gemeinsamer Bereich mit Mensa, Aula und Bibliothek und Volkshochschule sowie Tiefgarage und
Rampenbauwerk,
— Gymnasium mit MINT und KREATIV-Bereich,
— Realschule mit MINT -und KREATIV-Bereich,
— Sportbereich mit zwei 3-fach Sporthallen und Schwimmhalle.
Als Bauweise ist derzeit durchgehend Stahlbetonbau geplant, in tieferliegenden Bereichen in WU-Bauweise.
Im Sportbereich sind Spannweiten von bis zu 27 m zu realisieren. Es werden als Referenzeigenschaft daher Tragwerke mit vergleichbaren
Hallenkonstruktionen gefordert.
Im Bereich der Schwimmhalle sind besondere Anforderungen aus der Bauphysik und hinsichtlich Abdichtung zu beachten. Es wird als
Referenzeigenschaft daher erhöhte Anforderung an die Dauerhaftigkeit der Tragkonstruktion gefordert.

Die zusätzliche Planungsleistung war in den ursprünglichen Vergabeunterlagen nicht vorgesehenwurde aufgrund von nachträglich erstellten Kernbohrungen erforderlich.
Da die zusätzliche Planungsleistung im unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit der Tragwerksplanung des AN steht kann ein Wechsel des AN aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen und wäre mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten für den AG verbunden.
