Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the directive

Explanation:

Aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie konnten Prüfungen nicht zeitgerecht durchgeführt werden. Um nun die Sicherheit der ortsveränderlichen elektrischen Betriebsmittel zu gewährleisten müssen diese Prüfungen entsprechend der Vorgaben der Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung schnellstmöglich innerhalb des Jahres 2023 nachgeholt werden.
