Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

MKA 04: Die Leistungen waren zum Vertragsabschluss nicht absehbar und sind dem Grunde nach berechtigt. Der AN

hat nach VOB/B § 2 Abs. 5 einen Anspruch auf zusätzliche Vergütung.Die Anordnung der Leistung erfolgte durch die PL.

Es wird kein neues Gewerk erstellt, sondern nur der bestehende Auftrag angepasst.

Daher bleibt der Gesamtcharakter unverändert.
