Der Kreis Lippe beabsichtigt, das 40 Jahre alte Kreishaus energetisch zu modernisieren. Dabei werden auch neue Anforderungen an den Brandschutz mitbedacht. Hier wurden Leistungen zur Erneuerung der Brandschutztüren beauftragt. Es handelt sich um T-30 RS und T-90 RS und Stahlzargen am Kreishaus in Detmold.

(2) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, sind nach § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 GWB spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Abgabe der Bewerbung oder der Angebote gegenüber dem Auftraggeber zu rügen. VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Der Umfang der Stahlzargen / Brandschutztüren musste erweitert werden, weil sich Bestandsstahlzargen, die eigentlich nicht getauscht werden sollten, gelockert hatten und eine nachträgliche Befestigung nicht mehr in Betracht kam. Da Bestellung / Einbau mit einer Wartezeit verbunden ist, der Sanitärbereich aber schnell nutzbar gemacht werden musste, mussten darüber hinaus Provisorien erstellt werden. Weiterhin mussten zusätzlich Drehflügelantriebe bei barrierefreien WC Anlagen eingebaut werden, sofern sich bei Rückbau der Stahlzargen ergab, dass eine händische Benutzung durch Rollstuhlfahrer aufgrund der Laibungstiefe nicht möglich wäre.

Die oben beschriebenen Änderungen ergaben sich erst während der Bauausführung und waren so nicht vorhersehbar, da sie erst durch den Rückbau der Zargen bzw. der Fliesen etc. zu Tage traten.
