         Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um ein 4-geschossiges Schulgebäude mit 8 Klassenräumen, Aula, Küche, Speisesaal, Verwaltungsräume, ... . Das Gebäude ist teilunterkellert und hat einen 1-geschossigen Anbau als Verbindung zum bestehenden Turnhallengebäude. Der Neubau soll größtenteils in Betonfertigteil-Bauweise realisiert werden. Die Abmessungen des Gebäudes betragen ca. 26 x 25 x 16 m. Das UG wird in Ortbeton hergestellt. Hier sind Technikräume und eine Anbindung an den vorhandenen Tunnel untergebracht. Die Außenwände im EG als tragende Beton-Sandwichelemente mit Sichtbetonoberflächen innen und außen. Im Bereich 1. -3. OG werden die Außenwände als STB- Fertigteilwände (Sichtbetonoberfläche innen) mit hinterlüfteter Holzfassade geplant. Die Innenwände werden als tragende STB-Fertigteilwände mit Sichtbetonoberflächen ausgeführt. Die Decken und das Flachdach als Elementdeckenplatten mit Ortbetonergänzung.
