Im gesamten Planungsgebiet wird unterirdisch ein Untergeschoss mit Tiefgarage mit 73 Stellplätzen und Kellerräumen errichtet. Die Tiefgarage schließt unterirdisch an das Bestandsgebäude Sonne an.

         Im gesamten Quartier werden 37 Wohneinheiten realisiert. Im Verwaltungsgebäude sind Büros, Wohnungen und ein Café mit Außenbestuhlung geplant. Die BGF Gesamt ist ca. 11.060m2 und die BRI Gesamt ca. 41.975m3.
