         Einzureichende Unterlagen:

         - Gewerbeanmeldung, Handelsregisterauszug und Eintragung in der Handwerksrolle (Handwerkskarte) bzw. bei der Industrie- und Handelskammer (mit dem Angebot vorzulegen)

         Einzureichende Unterlagen:

         Der Nachweis der Eignung kann durch Eintragung im Präqualifikation erfolgen. Mit dem Angebot ist eine Eigenerklärung gemäß § 48 VgV abzugeben (entsprechendes Formular liegt in den Vergabeunterlagen). Die Einhaltung der Vorgaben des NTVergG ist durch Abgabe einer Erklärung zu Umsetzung des NTVergG (entsprechendes Formular liegt in den Vergabeunterlagen) zu bestätigen.

         Es sind Angaben zum Umsatz, zur Zahl der Beschäftigten, zu eventuellen Insolvenzverfahren, zur eventuellen Liquidation, zur Nichtbegehung schwerer Verfehlungen, zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie zu den Beiträgen zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung und zur Betriebshaftversicherung erforderlich.

         - Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung des Finanzamtes und Krankenkasse (mit dem Angebot mittels Eigenerklärung vorzulegen)

         - Nachweis Versicherungen (mit dem Angebot mittels Eigenerklärung vorzulegen): Nachweis Haftpflichtversicherung wenigstens in Höhe der folgenden Deckungssummen:

         Ausführliche Darstellung der Arbeitsorganisation (mit dem Angebot mittels Eigenerklärung vorzulegen): Ausführliche Darstellung der Arbeitsorganisation (Objektübernahme und -Vorbereitung, Reinigungsplan, Geräteausstattung und Chemie). Beschreibung der Gewährleistung der Qualität (z.B. Beschreibung des Beschwerdemanagements, Reaktionszeit, Häufigkeit der Kontrollen, Erreichbarkeit, Qualitätsdokumentation, Qualifikation des Führungspersonals).

         Weiterhin ist die Angabe von mindestens 3 Referenzen der vergangenen 3 Jahre für vergleichbare Auftraggeber und Objekte erforderlich. Die Referenzliste soll ebenfalls Angaben zur Vertragsdauer und der gereinigten Flächen enthalten.
