Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund der Corona Pandemie und des Ukrainekrieges (Energiekrise) sind allgemein die Preise sehr stark angestiegen. Dieser Preisanstieg ist vom keiner Vertragspartei zu verschulden und war nicht vorhersehbar. Insofern wird unter Beachtung des § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GWB Preisanpassungen vereinbart.
