      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         In Chemnitz befindet sich die Unternehmensleitung mit zentralen Struktureinheiten des Unternehmens. Für die zukünftig noch anstehenden Langfristaufgaben müssen die vorhandenen Häuser der Unternehmensleitung in Chemnitz weiterhin instandgehalten, Räume saniert und Raumaufteilungen optimiert werden. Um das Gebäude Haus 3 auch in den folgenden Jahren und Jahrzehnten uneingeschränkt nutzen zu können, machen sich Sanierungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten erforderlich. Insbesondere sind Maßnahmen zur Ertüchtigung des baulichen Brandschutzes notwendig. Das Haus 3 wurde um 1968 errichtet und wird als Bürogebäude genutzt. Im Laufe der Jahrzehnte erfolgten immer wieder Um- und Ausbauten. Im Jahr 2020 wurde eine Überprüfung des baulichen Brandschutzes als Planungsauftrag vergeben. Im Ergebnis wurden u. a. Defizite im baulichen Brandschutz der Innentüren festgestellt und ein Brandschutzkatalog erarbeitet. Das Haus 3 ist gemäß SächsBO in die Gebäudeklasse 5, Sonderbauten eingeordnet.

         Planungsleistungen nach § 34 HOAI 2021 Gebäude und Innenräume, mit den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und jeweils optional in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 mit nachfolgenden Besonderen Leistungen:

         LPH 5 (optional): Prüfen und Anerkennen von Plänen Dritter, nicht an der Planung fachlich Beteiligter auf Übereinstimmung mit den Ausführungsplänen (zum Beispiel Werkstattzeichnungen von Unternehmen, Aufstellungs- und Fundamentpläne nutzerspezifischer oder betriebstechnischer Anlagen), soweit die Leistungen Anlagen betreffen, die in den anrechenbaren Kosten nicht erfasst sind;

         LPH 7 (optional): Mitwirken bei der Prüfung von bauwirtschaftlichen begründeten Nachtragsangeboten;

         LPH 9 (optional): Überwachung der Mangelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist; Baubegehungen nach Übergabe.
