Verlängerung der Pflegeleistungen und Softwareüberlassung IBM Software Cognos um ein weiteres Jahr.

Gem. §135 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 GWB i.V.m. §14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. b und c VGV wurde ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt, da aufgrund der Rechte an der Software und Quellcodes kein anderer Anbieter in Betracht kommt und somit eine Alleinstellung gegeben ist.
