         Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung:

         Der Auftragnehmer haftet in vollem Umfang nach den einschlägigen vertraglichen und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Bei der Einschaltung von Nachunternehmen, Erfüllungsgehilfen und sonstigen Beauftragten haftet der Auftragnehmer für sämtliche Pflichtverletzungen so, als wenn er selbst tätig geworden wäre.

         Außerdem hat der Auftragnehmer den Auftraggeber von sämtlichen Schadensersatzansprüchen Dritter fernzuhalten, die im Zusammenhang mit einer Verletzung der vom Auftragnehmer nach diesem Vertrag übernommenen Pflichten gegen den Auftraggeber geltend gemacht werden sollten.

         Die Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung des Auftragnehmers muss mindestens folgende Deckungssummen aufweisen.

         - Personenschäden: 3 Mio. Euro

         - Sachschäden: 2 Mio. Euro

         - Vermögensschäden: 100 Tsd. Euro

         Auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers sind sämtliche Nachweise, aus denen sowohl die versicherte Tätigkeit als auch die vereinbarten Versicherungs-summen hervorgehen, in aktueller Fassung vorzulegen. Eine Eigenerklärung reicht nicht.
