Art und Umfang der Änderungen (mit Angabe möglicher früherer Vertragsänderungen):

Durchführung einer Machbarkeitsstudie hinsichtlich der Umsetzung o.g.

Planungsänderungen sowie den Einfluss der möglichen Planungsänderungen auf

den aktuellen Planungsstand.

Die Umsetzbarkeit folgender Umplanungen geprüft werden:

• Umplanung 2.OG/DG - Gastronomie und Co-Working (Anstatt Büro)

• Umplanung 1.OG -Entfall Verbindung EG/1.OG, Büro statt Retailflächen

• Umplanung EG - Änderung Querbahnsteig, Entfall Verbindung EG/1.OG

• Umplanung KG - Änderung Querbahnsteig, Sozialraumpools in

Nordbau, Nordkopf entfällt
