1. Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen;

7. Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen (ohne labortechnische Anlagen);

jeweils 15 000 000 EUR netto und für den Umbau und die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes 18 000 000 EUR

netto.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

1. bis 3. Nachtrag: Um entstandene Synergieeffekte zu nutzen, Gewährleistungsprobleme und Schnittstellenverluste zu vermeiden, kann aufgrund des geschlossenen Systems kein Auftragnehmerwechsel erfolgen. 4. Nachtrag: Umplanung wurde aufgrund nachträglicher Nutzerforderung des Instituts für Mineralogie erforderlich. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel ist aufgrund des geschlossenen Systems nicht möglich.
