         Im Rahmen eines strukturierten Bieterverfahrens soll im Auftrag der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd ein neuer geeigneter Träger für die Klinik Donaustauf ausgewählt werden, der der Klinik und den Beschäftigten einegute Zukunftsperspektive bietet und das vorhandene, hohe Potential der Klinik weiter ausbaut. Die Klinik befindet sich derzeit im Eigentum der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd und ist ein rechtlich unselbstständiger Eigenbetrieb der Deutschen RentenversicherungBayern Süd. Transaktionsgegenstand der Klinik Donaustauf ist sowohl der Klinikbetrieb als auch die umliegenden Liegenschaften inkl. der vorhandenen Personalwohnungen, die sich ebenfalls im Eigentum der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd befinden und vonder Klinik Donaustauf genutzt werden. Die Transaktion geht von einem Asset Deal aus, welcher alle Vermögensgegenstände, Rechte, Verträge und Arbeitnehmer erfasst, die dem Betrieb der Klinik Donaustauf zuzuordnen sind. Die Einzelheiten zum Target sowie zum avisierten Zeitplan sind dem beigefügten Verfahrensbrief (Process Letter) zu entnehmen.
