Information Technology Services
In 2024 the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is planning to procure Information Technology (IT) services.
This PIN provides a link to a survey for market operators. The objective of this survey is to collect information and feedback from organisations working in the field.

In 2024 the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is planning to procure Information Technology (IT) services for:
— IT development: approximately 30 full time equivalents (FTE) divided into teams applying the SAFe agile method. Main technologies are SAP, Pega, Saviynt, SharePoint, PHP, .NET, MS SQL Server plus others to a lesser extent;
— IT security: approximately 10 FTE protecting Agency information assets in transit and at rest on-premises and in the cloud, operating data centre, cloud and network infrastructure;
— IT operations: approximately 20 FTE ensuring the operational stability of business applications, application integration, data management and analytics, productivity and collaboration, internal and external communications, and service desk;
— IT architecture: approximately five FTE defining reference architecture, implementation guidelines, solution architecture and ensure implementation compliance;
— business architecture and analysis: up to three FTE defining business and information architecture, performing business analysis, specifying epics and features, business requirements, and information lifecycle definitions;
— transition: approximately two FTE assisting the Agency transition from time and means consulting services to fixed price Managed services.
