      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Im 13. Jh. als Burg urkundlich erwähnt, wurde die heutige Schlossanlage im 16. - 17. Jh. erbaut und diente unterschiedlichen Adelsgeschlechtern als Residenz. Im Laufe der Zeit wurde die Anlage immer wieder verändert und erweitert. Trotz zahlreicher Umbauten aus dem Barock, Rokoko und Klassizismus ist die Renaissance-Bausubstanz klar erkennbar. Die Anlage besteht aus dem inneren Schloss, Vorschloss und Park. Seit 1997 ist die landeseigene Kulturstiftung Sachsen-Anhalt Eigentümerin der Schlossanlage und hat Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen, zunächst am Vorschloss und zuletzt auch im inneren Schloss, durchgeführt. Im Rahmen des Sonderinvestitionsprogramms (SIP) sind bis 2030 folgende Maßnahmen geplant:

         1. Grundlegende und nachhaltige Sanierung der inneren Schlossflügel,

         2. Errichtung eines Neubaus als Besucher- und Informationszentrum „Anhalt Information“ anstelle des 1945 zerstörten Alten Amtshauses,

         3. Sanierung und Gestaltung des Schlosshofes.

         Als Grundlage für die Planung dieser Maßnahmen ist die Erarbeitung eines denkmalpflegerischen Rahmenkonzepts erforderlich. Weitere Details der Aufgabenstellung entnehmen Sie bitte den Vergabeunterlagen.
