Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund der zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses nicht bekannten Themen ist es zu einem erheblichen Mehraufwand in den beschriebenen Leistungsbereichen der Projektsteuerung gekommen. Aus Besprechungen wurden zusätzliche Überarbeitungen notwendig, die aufbereitet, mit der TPL besprochen und vorgestellt werden müssen.
