         Auswahl eines Vertragspartners für den Bezug von VMware Produkten auf Basis der aktuellen Mietmodelle von Firma VMware, die Durchführung der Support und Subscription Leistungen für die Bestandslizenzen und der damit verbundene Abschluss eines VMware Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA) mit Production Support. Den Bedarfsgegenstand umfassen Leistungen im Rahmen von VMware Support und Subscription für die Bestandslizenzen bzw. die Umwandlung auf das neue Miet-Lizenzmodell der Firma VMware.

         Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt innerhalb der Laufzeit weitere Produkte auf Basis des Mietmodells zu erwerben. Die Abnahme der Positionen 4-7 aus der Preisliste wird hierbei innerhalb der Laufzeit garantiert. Während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit ist die Anmietung von weiteren VMware Produkten möglich.
