         Der Landesbetrieb Bau- und Liegenschaftsmanagement Sachsen-Anhalt (BLSA) schreibt vertretend für das Land Sachsen-Anhalt die Belieferung aller Landesliegenschaften, landesnaher Einrichtungen und ziviler Bundesbehörden in Sachsen-Anhalt mit Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien über 4 Einzellose mittels europaweitem, öffentlichen Ausschreibungsverfahren aus. Die Zusammensetzung und Herkunft des Ökostromes ist über entsprechende Herkunftsnachweise transparent nachzuweisen.

         Die angebotene Leistung umfasst den Lieferzeitraum 01.01.2024 bis 31.12.2026, sowie eine transparente einjährige Verlängerungsoption. Der Landesbetrieb BLSA strebt eine einjährige Verlängerungsoption der ausgeschriebenen Ökostromlieferung bis zum 31.12.2027 an. Die in den Vertragsunterlagen transparent aufgenommene Verlängerungsoption wird mit einer sogenannten beidseitigen Verneinungsoption zum 13.03.2026 definiert.

         Gesamtliefermenge für 1.267 Abnahmestellen mit rund 142,8 GWh/a verteilt auf vier Lose.

         Die Ökostrombelieferung über den Rahmenliefervertrag unterliegt für das erste Lieferjahr (01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024) einer angestrebten Festpreisregelung. Um der bestehenden Verbrauchsstellen- und damit einhergehenden Mengenvolalität (gesetzliche Vorgaben zum Klimaschutz, Einsatz Erneuerbarer-Energien-Anlagen, Digitalisierungsvorgaben, gesetzliche Vorgaben zur Ladeinfrastruktur usw.) des Rahmenliefervertrages gerecht zu werden, erfolgt auf Basis dieser Bedarfsveränderungsprognose eine jährliche Anpassung der Gesamtjahresbedarfsmengen des Folgejahres per 15.07. des Vorjahres. In diesem Zuge wird für das zweite und dritte Lieferjahr (01.01.2025 bis 31.12.2026) sowie die einjährige Verlängerungsoption (01.01.2027 - 31.12.2027) eine vertikale Tranchenbeschaffung des Ökostromes angestrebt.
