    Das DLR beabsichtigt die Vergabe über die arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung an 16 Standorten (16 Lose).
    
    Gegenstand des Vertrages
    
    Grundlage des zu schließenden Vertrages ist die Erbringung von arbeitsmedizinischer Betreuung an Standorten des Auftraggebers und die Durchführung der notwendigen Vorsorgen. Basis sind die Aufgaben, die sich aus § 3 Arbeitssicherheitsgesetzes (ASiG) in Verbindung mit der DGUV Vorschrift 2, ergeben.
    
    (1) Die einzelnen Standorte und Dependancen des DLR wurden in Lose unterteilt und können den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. Dort sind Adressen, die Verteilung der Mitarbeitende und der jeweilige Betreuungsumfang in Stunden aufgeführt. Es kann auf einzelne, mehrere oder auch auf alle Lose komplett geboten werden.
    
    (2) Zeichnet sich unterjährig ab, dass der beauftragte Umfang nicht ausreichen könnte, so vereinbaren die Vertragspartner, diesen Mehrbedarf frühzeitig abzustimmen. Dies stellt die Priorisierung, Ausführbarkeit und auch die Finanzierung des Mehrbedarfs sicher. Die Leistungserbringung darf nicht vorher begonnen werden.
    
    Die Standorte eines jeden Loses sind durch eine Niederlassung zu betreuen.

  Bieter müssen behauptete Vergaberechtsverstöße unverzüglich bei der unter I.1 genannten Vergabestelle rügen, bevor sie einen Nachprüfungsantrag stellen. Solange kein wirksamer Zuschlag (Vertragsschluss) erteilt ist, kann als Rechtsbehelf ein Nachprüfungsantrag an der unter VI.4.1 genannten Stelle gestellt werden. Bieter, deren Angebote nicht berücksichtigt werden sollen, werden vor dem Zuschlag gemäß § 134 GWB informiert. Frist zur Einlegung eines Nachprüfungsantrages bei Nichtabhilfe einer Rüge: 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen. Frist zur Einreichung eines Nachprüfungsantrages nach Bieterinformation (§134 GWB): 15 Kalendertage nach Absendung der Information, bzw. 10 Kalendertage nach Absendung der Information per Fax oder auf elektronischem Weg.
