Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es ensteht ein Mehraufwand für zusätzliche Vermessungsleistung/ Nachvermessung der Trasse um die hydraulisch korrekte

Erstellung der 2-D Hydrdynamischen Modelle zu ermöglichen. In diesem Nachtrag geht es konkret um die Vermessungen der

Durchlässe km 31+100, 31,898, 31+963, 32+078, 32+201, 32+805, 33+110, 33+149, 33+305, 33+420, 33+454, 33+547, 34+019,

34+441, 34+693, 34+700, 34+999, 35+192, 35+398, 36+426, 36+590, 36+672, 36+849, 36+998, 37+186 und 37+686 sowie der

Wasserableitung.Entlang der Trasse haben sich bei fast allen Durchlassbauwerken Probleme, z.B. bei den Fließvorgänge

ergeben, da relevante Bestandsinformationen nicht vorhanden waren. Dem AG müssen Vermessungsdaten zu allen

trassendurchquerenden Bauwerken und die zugehörige hydraulische Situation im Nahbereich (einschl Bahngräben, Vorfluten

etc.) zur Verfügung gestellt werden, damit ein realitätsnahes hydraulisches Modell von der Bestandsitutation erstellt werden kann.
