Nach Aussage des ANs ist gemäß Vorgaben Auftraggeber ist für die Errichtung der Oberleitungsanlage im Bereich Gleis 5 und Gleis 6 der bestehende Kabeltrog auszubauen. Nach Fertigstellung ist ein neuer Kabeltrog, sowie ein Einfassungsrahmen für die Weiche zu liefern und einzubauen.

Diese Leistungen sind nicht Bestandsteil der Beauftragung, demzufolge sind diese Leistungen dem Grunde nach berechtigt
