Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Folgende zusätliche Leistungen sind erforderlich:

1. Umverlegung von Abflußanlagen / SML Rohe zur Hebeanlage Kaiserlei Ostkopf als vorgezogenen

Maßnahmen für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb von Räumen mit Zentralen Batterieanlagen ohne

wasserführende Rohrleitungen.

2. Werk- und Montageplanung zur Prüfung und Freigabe durch die Projektleitung

3. Revisionsdokumentation (2 fach) nach Abschluss der Verlegearbeiten zur Übergabe an den Betreiber

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Leistungen waren zum Vertragsabschluss nicht absehbar. Für die Abnahme und Übergabe der Nutzungsfähigkeit des neu

zu schaffenden Batterieraumes und Freigabe durch den EBA Fachprüfer 50 Hz/ IBV sind die Sanitärmaßnahmen unbedingt

erforderlich.
