VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Zur Verbesserung der Abdichtung am Fusspunkt der Fassadenelemente gegen Gelände und bei Fassadenanschlüssen zum begrünten Flachdach erfolgt die Anbringung von Folienleitblechen an die bereits eingebauten Fassadenelementen, auf die mit Flüssigkunststoff beschichtet und abgedichtet wird. Die Unterfütterung der LM-Winkel an den Stahlrahmentüren wird aus geometrischen Gründen erforderlich, die aus dem Schichtaufbau der verbesserten Abdichtung mit Folienleitblech und Flüssigkunststoff resultieren.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Beim Projekt BCR wird die Ausführung der Abdichtungsarbeiten durch einen ö.b.u.v. SV geprüft.
In diesem Zusammenhang wurde zur Verbesserung der Abdichtung am Fusspunkt der Fassadenelemente gegen Gelände und bei Fassadenanschlüssen zum begrünten Flachdach die Anbringung von Folienleitblechen an die bereits eingebauten Fassadenelementen empfohlen, auf die mit Flüssigkunststoff beschichtet und abgedichtet wird. Die Unterfütterung der LM-Winkel an den Stahlrahmentüren wird aus geometrischen Gründen erforderlich, die aus dem Schichtaufbau der verbesserten Abdichtung mit Folienleitblech und Flüssigkunststoff resultieren. Da der Gewährleistungsschnittpunkt zwischen der bestehenden und der zusätzlichen Materialien liegt, kann die Lieferung und Montage der Folienleitbleche nur durch den mit der Lieferung und Montage der Fassadenelemente beauftragten AN ausgeführt werden.
