         Für den Auftrag kommen nur Bieter in Betracht, die bereits Leistungen, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind, mit Erfolg ausgeführt haben. Mit dem Angebot ist für die Beurteilung der Eignung vorzulegen: Nachweis der Fachkunde, Leistungsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit nach § 6a EU VOB/A.

         Insbesondere

         1) Angaben zur Eintragung in das Berufsregister des Sitzes oder Wohnsitzes des Bieters;

         2) Angaben, dass nachweislich keine schwere Verfehlungen begangen wurde, die die Zuverlässigkeit als Bewerber in Frage stellt;

         3) Angabe zur Mitgliedschaft bei der Berufsgenossenschaft.
