Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei einem Wechsel des AN drohen erhebliche Genauigkeitsverluste im Aufmaß, da die Verknüpfung der Daten ausverschiedenen Aufmaßen erheblich erschwert wird. Die Grundlage für die weitere Planung im Projekt wird erheblichverschlechtert. Ein neuer AN müsste umfangreiche zusätzliche Arbeiten ausführen, um eine Verknüpfung zu ermöglichen. DerWechsel des ANs würde zu einer hohen Abstimmungs- u. Schnittstellenproblematik führen. Dies wird durch die Erbringung derLeistung durch denselben AN vermieden werden.
