Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen wurden auf Grund der beauftragten Werkplanung, die der AN zu liefern hatte, erforderlich. Diese Leistungen konnten erst nach erfolgter Werkplanung erkannt werden und waren technisch nur so umsetzbar.

Witterungsbedingt musste zum Erreichen der Planumsstabilität der provisorischen Umfahrungsstrecke ein höherer Aufbau der Tragschichten erfolgen.

Durch die Verzögerungen beim Baubeginn der Brücke und die notwendige Erbringung zusätlicher Leistungen im Zuge der Bauausführung kam es zu einer verlängerten Bauzeit. Dies führte zu Mehrkosten bei der Vorhaltung und durch zwischenzeitlich gestiegene Material und Lohnkosten.
