Mit dem Nachtrag wurde das Produkt RCS-9500-IP in den Vertrag aufgenommen. Zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses war dieses das einzige IP-fähige Gerät am Markt, welches die Schnittstellen der Systemtechnik der Auftraggeberin bedient. Das Produkt samt der zugehörigen Dienstleistungen war auch zu diesem Zeitpunkt anderweitig nicht beziehbar.
