Nachtragsanmeldung NAA 64/2023 NA-112:

Nachtragsanmeldung 64/2023: Wiederholung der Objektplanung Verkehrsanlage Lph. 2-4für die sog. „Nordanbindung“ im Bereich der Kreuzung der L3113 und der NBS F-Ma inkl. Anpassung des tlw. bahnparalellen Geh-/Radwegs, Anpassung der Straßengradiente der L3113 sowie resultierende Objektplanungen IBW und TWP für das Bauwerk der SÜ L3113 über über der Gleisanlage der Nordanbindung.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nach Fertigstellung der Antragsunterlagen für das Planfeststellungsverfahren beim PFA 1 (NBS Frankfurt-Mannheim) wurden in 2022 neue Zugzahlen nach DT2030 bekannt gegeben. Bedingt durch Änderung der Zugzahlen ergab sich das Erfordernis zur verkehrlichen Umgestaltung der Nordanbindung welche die NBS F-Ma an das Darmstädter Hbf anbindet. Die daraus resultierende Umplanung der Nordanbindung beinhaltet primär die Herstellung einer Viergleisigkeit (Erweiterung um 2 weitere Gleise). Aufgrund des daraus resultierenden größeren Flächenbedarfs der neuen Gleisanlage müssen die überführenden und tangierenden Bauwerke und Verkehrsanlagen dementsprechend angepasst werden.
