         • Auszug aus Registern

         Ab einem Auftragswert von 30.000,- EUR (zzgl. USt.) wird die ZV-BMEL beim Bundesamt für Justiz von Amts wegen einen Auszug aus dem Gewerbezentralregister (gemäß § 150 a Abs. 1 Nr. 4 GewO) anfordern und bei der Eignung entsprechend bewerten. Diese Anforderung erfolgt nur, sofern der Bieter für eine Zuschlagserteilung in Betracht kommt. Zudem erfolgt dann gemäß § 6 Wettbewerbsregistergesetz (WRegG) eine Abfrage des Wettbewerbsregisters.
