         Ab einer Auftragssumme von 30.000 € wird der Auftraggeber von dem Bieter, auf dessen Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt werden soll, gemäß § 150a GewO jeweils eine Auskunft aus dem Wettbewerbsregister beim Bundeskartellamt und aus dem Gewerbezentralregister beim Bundesamt für Justiz anfordern.
