         Im Zeitraum von 08.2023 - 31.12.2024 sollen 1.000 Aktigraphen und Zubehör für 18 Studienzentren beschafft werden. Die Bestellungen tätigen die Studienzentren selbst je nach Bedarf an Aktigraphen und Zubehör. Aus der Vergangenheit weisen die Geräte einen hohen Bestand an Defekten wie z.B.: Kabelbrüche, Defekte verursacht durch Stöße oder Herunterfallen usw. auf. Da die Geräte für eine 7-Tage-Akzelerometrie ausgelegt sein müssen, sollte ein entsprechender Service vorgeschlagen werden, wenn die Geräte innerhalb der Gewährleistung (laut EU-Recht 2-jährige Gewährleistung) einen Defekt verzeichnen, der eigentlich durch die übliche Nutzung nicht auftreten soll. Der NAKO e.V. überlässt dem Bieter daher die Möglichkeit, ein passendes Konzept unter dem Punkt Option Servicekonzept im Preisblatt, darzulegen. Dieses Konzept fliest mit in die Bewertungsgrundlage ein und hat so wie der Angebotspreis, eine Auswirkung auf den Vergabeentscheid. Die aktuelle Konzeptionelle Grundlage mit den defekten Geräten ist, dass die Geräte repariert oder bei zu hohem Reparaturaufwand gegen ein gebrauchtes Austauschgerät ersetzt werden. Für die Leistung und das Servicekonzept und allen anderen vertraglichen Bestandteilen, wird ein Rahmenvertrag geschlossen.

         Der NAKO e.V. behält sich vor, die vereinbarte Abnahmefrist bis zum 31.12.2025 auszuweiten. Die Ankündigung der Erweiterung des Lieferzeitraums wird spätestens 4 Wochen vor Ablauf der Vertragsfrist (31.12.2024) bekannt gegeben. Bei ziehen der Option verlängern sich alle Vertragsbestandteile und der Rahmenvertrag dementsprechend auch bis zum 31.12.2025.

         Der Bieter hat mit dem Angebot folgende Nachweise in der Anlage A einzureichen:

         Vorlage von Bilanzen des Unternehmens aus den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, falls deren Veröffentlichung in dem Land, in dem der Bieter niedergelassen ist, gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist (Eignungskriterium: wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit).
