      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Vergabe umfasst die Lieferung und Montage einer Ultraschall & Leitwertspülanlage im Reinraum in Gebäude 28.

         Der Umfang des Umbaus umfasst den Austausch der Mechanik und Elektrik. In Summe sind folgende Arbeiten zu verrichten:

         • Demontage und Entsorgung der alten US-/LW-Wanne inkl. zugehörige Verrohrung und elektr. Verkabelung sowie des Handlingsystems in von DESY bereitgestellte Container

         • Bau, Montage, Installation und IBN eines Ultraschall-Beckens gemäß Spezifikation

         • Bau, Montage, Installation und IBN eines Leitwert-Beckens gemäß Spezifikation

         • Bau, Montage, Installation und IBN eines Handlings-Systems zur Erfüllung der Transportaufgaben

         • Lieferung und Montage der infrastrukturellen Komponenten inkl. notwendiger Pumpen, Filter und Ventile  Ausbau der benötigten Verrohrungen & Verkabelungswege  Umsetzung einer Reinstwasserrückgewinnung (Reinstwasserrückspeisung von Leitwertbecken zum Tank der Reinstwasseranlage)

         • Neuaufbau des Bedienerbereiches inkl. Bedieneinheiten und Warneinrichtungen (Signalsäule), Wasserentnahmestelle und Hand-Düse  Neugestaltung der Einhausung  Neuverlegung der separaten Reinstwasser- und Stickstoffleitungen

         • Bau, Installation und Einbindung der automatischen Spüleinrichtung (Spülring)

         • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Sicherheitskonzeptes inkl. Installation und Einbindung bspw. eines Lichtgitters sowie einer Signalsäule
