         Der Abschluss von Verträgen kann ab sofort nur erfolgen, wenn der Bewerber erklärt, dass im Auftragsfall keine Personen, Organisationen oder Einrichtungen, die einen Bezug zu Russland im Sinne des Art. 5 k) Abs. 1 VO 2022/576 aufweisen, unmittelbar als Auftragnehmer auftreten oder als Unterauftragnehmer, Lieferanten oder im Zusammenhang mit der Erbringung des Eignungsnachweises an dem in Rede stehenden Auftrag beteiligt sind und mehr als 10 % des Auftragswertes auf das betroffene Unternehmen entfallen.
