Aufgrund von Anpassungen der Haustechnikplanung an den Bestand wurden div. zusätzliche Leistungen erforderlich. Nachtragsvereinbarungen wurden demnach wie folgt bestätigt:

NT 09 5.958,35 EUR Kabel- und Rohrdurchführungen, Plattenausschnitte, Rauchmelder

NT 10 1.747,20 EUR Zusatz Verdunklungsanlage

NT 11 1.183,25 EUR Trockenputz Foyer

NT 06 38.769,20 EUR Kabeldurchführungen, Plattenausschnitte, GKF-Verstärkungen im Bauteil D und Zusatzleistungen Dämmstoffeinlage BT A, B und C

NT 14 1.853,30 EUR Umsetzung Baustelleneinrichtung für Baufreiheit Außenanlagen und zusätzliche Revisionsklappen TRH 1 und 3

NT 12 936,80 EUR Anpassung der Fensterbänke in den Werkenräumen und Maschinenraum zur Stellung der Möbel Werkräume

Verlängerung der Bauzeit bis ca. 01.09.2023 notwenig, aufgrund mehrerer zusätzlicher Leistungen

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die Gründe der erforderlichen Änderungen sind in der entsprechenden Beschreibung bereits aufgeführt. Bezug nehmend § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GWB wurde die Änderung aufgrund von Umständen erforderlich, die der öffentliche Auftraggeber im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhersehen konnte.
