Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Einbau Potentialfreier Störmeldekontakte an der Hebeanlage in der Maybachstrasse. Der AN hat bereits Bau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen im/am Gebäude in Auftrag. Eine gesonderte Vergabe ist nicht wirtschaftlich und würde auch zu Zeitverzug (Gefährdung der Inbetriebnahme) und weiteren baulichen Schnittstellen führen, die die Gewährleistung gefährden. Bei Wechsel AN wären Gewährleistungsprobleme, Schadensersatzprobleme und Zeitverzug die Folge gewesen. Der Bauablaufplan wäre nicht mehr zu halten gewesen.
