          Aufgrund der geforderten Betriebsbereitschaft bzw. Lieferfähigkeit bis zum spät. 05.12.2023 und der derzeitigen Liefersituation von 6-8 Monaten für vergleichbare Fahrzeuge wird diese Vergabe aufgrund Dringlichkeit beschleunigt durchgeführt. Die Frist für das Teilnahmeverfahren wird verkürzt auf 15 Tage gem. gesetzlichen Regelungen. Die darauf folgende Angebotsfrist wird 10 Tage betragen.
