Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge der zeitnah benötigten Lagerfläche musste die Firma Mailänder Consult für eine bodenkundliche Beweissicherung durch die Firma Pfaffinger beauftragt werden. Diese Anordnung erfolgt durch die PL. Eine bodenkundliche Beweissicherung ist nicht Teil des H-LV. Dies Kosten werden als Nachtrag eingereicht. Als vorbereitende Arbeiten für die bodenkundliche Beweissicherung musste die Fläche abgesteckt werden. Auf Anordnung der PL wurden diese Arbeiten durch die Fa. Pfaffinger durchgeführt.
