Durchführung einer Maßnahme nach § 16c Zweites Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II).

Rahmenvereinbarung für ein Auftragsvolumen von 2.184 Zeitstunden (=100 %) für den Ausführungszeitraum 06.07.2023 - 05.10.2024 (1. Vertragszeitraum).

Optionen: 4 Verlängerungsoptionen bis max. 05.10.2028.

Die Mindestabnahmemenge beträgt 60 %. Eine Aufstockung des Auftragsvolumens um bis zu 30 % ist per zweiseitiger Vereinbarung möglich (= Höchstmenge).

Die Optionsklausel über 4 Optionen beihaltet eine Preisgleitklausel. Bei Wahrnehmung einer Option kann die Gesamtstundenzahl um bis zu 20 % ohne die Verpflichtung zur Vergütung gekürzt werden. Die Mindestabnahmemenge sowie die Höchstmenge errechnen sich für eine solche Option entsprechend aus dem reduzierten Auftragsvolumen.
