         Veräußerung und Bewirtschaftung von Flächen auf dem Koschendamm in der Gemeinde Elsterheide

         Der ZV LSS und die Gemeinde Elsterheide beabsichtigen zunächst eine touristische Entwicklung der westlichen Areale auf dem Koschendamm. Die Gemeinde Elsterheide strebt auf ihren Grundstücken die Gestaltung eines weitläufigen Strandbereiches, den Bau der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur inkl. eines Parkplatzes sowie ergänzender Angebote im Bereich Gastronomie, Einzelhandel, Verleih von Wassersportgeräten etc. an. Die Gestaltungsziele des ZV LSS sehen die Errichtung eines Ferienresorts auf den verbandseigenen Grundstücken durch einen privatwirtschaftlich tätigen Investor vor.

         Die Bewirtschaftung der Anlage soll durch den Investor oder einen im Tourismussektor erfahrenen Betreiber im Rahmen einer Öffentlich-Privaten Partnerschaft unter der Beteiligung des ZV LSS erfolgen.

         Gemäß der mit dem Masterplan für den Koschendamm aus dem Jahr 2018 vorgegebenen Entwicklungsrichtung wird eine ganzheitliche nachhaltige und zielgerichtete Entwicklung sowie die Schaffung einer bedarfsgerechten touristischen Basisinfrastruktur angestrebt.
