Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Bereich der nördlichen und südlichen Widerlagen sind lose Betonbrocken von Vorabmaßnahmen vorhanden. Diese müssen zum Gewährleisten der Arbeitssicherheit entfernt werden. Diese Leistung ist nicht im LV zu enthalten. Daher wurde die Leistung über Nachtrag bestellt. Daher wurde die Leistung über Nachtrag bestellt. In dieser zusätzlichen Arbeit war die Firma Eiffage vor Ort von Anfang an involviert, so dass die Neubeauftragung eine andere Baufirma unverhältnismäßig gewesen wäre.
