Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bedingt durch umfangreiche Abbrucharbeiten, die nur in den Ferien durchführbar sind, kann voraussichtlich die große Pausentoilettenanlage erst im Herbst wieder genutzt werden und somit ist es notwendig die geplante erweiterte WC-Anlage umgehend zu bauen, damit diese nach den Sommerferien als Kompensation zu Verfügung steht. Auf Grund des derzeitigen Handwerkermangels und da die Firma Beckmann den Auftrag für die Heizungs- und Sanitärarbeiten des 1.BA erhalten hat und zurzeit diese Arbeiten ausführt, ist es mehr als sinnvoll die Erweiterung der WC-Anlage auch durch Fa. Beckmann ausführen zu lassen.
