      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Nach der erfolgreichen Erfahrung in Haus B wollen wir nicht wie ursprünglich eine kleine Renovierung des Labors aus den 60er Jahren im 4. Stock des Haus A für die Mikrobiologie durchführen, sondern ein neues S2 Labor mit einer Lüftungszentrale auf dem Dach. Ende 2019 wurde eine neue Lüftungszentrale im Haus A im 1.UG eingebaut. Im Moment versorgt sie nur 2 Räume und wir möchten diese Lüftungszentrale im ganzen Labor im EG ausbauen. Sowohl für die neue Lüftungszentrale als auch für diese Lüftungszentrale im 1.UG hat die NSHV (Niederspanungshauptverteiler) im 2.UG keine Kapazitäten mehr. Deswegen muss er erweitert werden.

         Außerdem werden anderen Elektroleitung geplant:

         Haus A

         - Umbau Labor im 4. OG mit einer Lüftungszentrale auf dem Dach, siehe Foto 6

         - Die Außentreppe als 2. Rettungsweg

         - Erweiterung der Lüftungsanlage für das EG. Die Lüftungszentrale wurde vor 3 Jahren im Keller eingebaut, versorgt aber nur für 2 Räume im EG. Die Kältezentrale wurde im EG draußen das ganze Haus geplant. Es muss geprüft werden ob sie auch für die neue Lüftungszentrale auf dem Dach ausreichend ist.

         - Die Erweiterung der NSHV für die Lüftungszentrale auf dem Dach und die komplette Inbetriebnahme der Lüftungszentrale im Keller und Kühlung im EG

         - Ein neues Notstromaggregat für das Haus A

         - Einen neuen GHV-AV und einen neuen GHV-SV für das Haus A

         - Neuer Etagenverteiler SV und AV für das 4. OG

         Haus B

         - Umbau der Räume Wäscheraum und Umkleide Damen im EG zu Büros

         - Umbau des Raums Lüftungszentrale im 4. OG zu -80° Kühlschrank Raum

         - Neue Elektro-Etagenverteiler SV und AV für EG, 1.- u. 4.

         In der Anlage 3 des Vertrags werden die nötige Leistung des Fachplaners beschrieben.
