      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Das Gesamtvolumen des AG über Aufträge, die künftig durch diese Ausschreibung abgedeckt werden sollen, betrug in den letzten 5 Jahren durchschnittlich 150.000 EUR /Jahr Brutto. Davon entfielen ca. 38% auf reine Leuchtmittel aller Art incl. Entsorgungspauschale.

         Diese Angabe dient dem Bieter als Orientierung für seine Angebotskalkulation. Für das Vertragsverhältnis ist sie unverbindlich (siehe 3 §1 Abs. 2). In Einzel- und Sonderfällen behält sich der AG vor, bei alternativen Anbietern zu bestellen, gleichwohl wird eine möglichst hohe Durchdringung der Universität mit dem geschlossenen Rahmenvertrag angestrebt. Daher erwartet er eine aktive Beteiligung des AN bei der Kundengewinnung und -pflege innerhalb der Einrichtungen des AG.

          - für das günstigste Angebot bei dem Kernsortiment Leuchtmittel 30 Punkte, hierbei gilt: Der günstigste Angebotspreis aller Bieter dividiert durch den jeweiligen Angebotspreis des Bieters, multipliziert mit 30
